It’s true, you’ll be earning more money (so much so that, eventually, it could even replace your primary source of income). However, the big benefit is this: when you have multiple properties generating many streams of income, if something goes wrong with one property (such as a vacancy, late rent payments, or any other disruption in normal operations), you won’t suddenly be without cash flow.
